We are getting geared up for the Girl Scouts cookie competition and this year is a tough one. Our chefs, Michael Aschmann and Christopher Boyd created a coconut curry lobster quiche using our cookie.We hope that we get to see you at this event on April 19th!!! Get your tickets now and plan on getting a ride from a trusted friend so that you can enjoy all the appetizers and drinks.
We are also looking forward to spring and the chance to bring in more fresh produce from our valley farmers at Blaines Tomatoes, Field to Fork CSA and Avant Farms.
Wednesday, April 18th - Sushi Beats (DJ night with DJ Walkman) to benefit DJ Zachariah Walker. - THANK YOU to everyone who came and dined, got to-go's or just stopped in to donate money to help Zachariah. With your help we were able to raise over $1500 in one night!!! Our community is awesome.
Friday, April 20th - Girls Scouts Cookies & Cocktails Creations - This was a great success for the local Girls Scouts who far surpassd their money raising goals. Those of you who came got to see some of the best talent out there working with cookies to make savory dishes - not an easy task. Next year we hope that the Girl Scouts are able to double the amount they raised.

We are getting closer to our fifth anniversary in June. To prepare for our anniversary we are performing many needed renovations at No Coast Sushi including concrete repair in the main dining area as well as the kitchen area, new coats of paint throughtout the restaurant - don't worry we won't be changing colors - new sliders for all of our chairs and a variety of other little things that will help us get set up for our next 5, 10 and 20 years!
And after we get all spruced up, we will be hosting our 5th Anniversary festivities this June with prizes, contests, free samples, fun music and other celebrations. So be sure to keep checking for updates here, on facebook and on our front door.

We did it! The concrete is poured, the walls have fresh paint, the stainless is scrubbed shiny new! And the fish just came in - so head on down to see us starting at 5:00pm Tuesday, June 5th!
It's our 5th Anniversary. We are having our last two 5th Anniversary celebrations this Thursday, June 28th and this Saturday, June 30th, 2012. Come in as we would love to recognize you, our guests, and enjoy the start of our 6th year with you!
Summer is in full swing and we have many fresh local veggies and fruits to share with you! You have to try the Coconut Curry Lobster with Heirloom Tomatoes and our substitutions for greens using local chard, spinach and/or kale when we can get them, along with cucumbers, basil, mint and flowers, swiss chard, and edamame.
