August 19th, 20% of our evenings total sales went to Hero Junction!
Our mission at Hero Junction is to mentor at-risk and underprivileged youth through fitness, nutrition, and life skills training.
Heroism is the conduct exhibited in fulfilling or attaining a noble end. Our mission at Hero Junction is to mentor at-risk youth in exactly that type of conduct. We will use CrossFit training to not only improve fitness and nutrition, but also teach important life skills such as: Responsibility, confidence, hard work, and how to deal with adversity. Each individual will be held accountable through staff supervision and mentoring.
We are privileged to be partnered with Steve's Club as we work together in this national movement to help at-risk youth. We will reach out, through CrossFit, to help improve our local community. We want to give these kids "strength for life" so they can properly deal with every important junction that lies ahead of them. We want to foster the strength it will take to become the Heroes of the next generation.
Our kids will uphold the values of the program and ask everyone involved to do the same.
